As highly diverse and complex systems, freshwater ecosystems are disproportionately threatened due to anthropogenic stressors and face an increase in biodiversity loss. my research examines how diversity and associated functions are impacted at the population distributions, community INTERACTIONS and ecosystem function using molecular and traditional tools. My aim is to contribute to conservation of aquatic biodiversity in the face of global change
